Mayweather vs Pacquio
What do you think of Floyd Mayweather not agreeing to fight Manny Pacquiao after he agreed to all of Floyd Mayweather's terms? Im interested in your comments.
That's the problem with boxing and I guess it's been a problem for a long time. Top fighters duck other guys all the time, and that's more of a reason to respect Pacquiao. He's been in the ring with a lot of the top guys. Him, Benard Hopkins and Lennox Lewis are the some people of this generation of fighters that haven't ducked people. Evander Holyfield and Shane Mosley are 2 others that come to mind. Even Oscar De La Hoya has been in there with the best as well.
This is the only real fight on the horizen and the fight that could save boxing. Can anyone name another fight that would be relevant in the sports world right now?? Of course not, Floyd Mayweather is not dumb at all. He knows what he's doing, and I think he's milking this thing as long as possible. The fight is already 2 years overdue and he's going to keep pushing it off as long as possible.
WIll i have no other choice to agree with you. I have been one of the biggest Mayweather apologist in the world but now that Pacquiao has agreed to the testing there no reason why i dont see why this fight shouldnt go down. There is no one left for these two guys to fight but each other. The only thing i see being the problem is the purse at this point. And thats just me trying to find another excuse for mayweather. But Pacquiao deserves all the credit in the world and my hat goes off to him for saying i ll fight this guy under his terms. The boxing world has been calling Mayweather a coward for a long time now despite his unblemished record. If im Mayweather i beat Pacquiao silence everyone and retire officially. But i do disagree with the idea that floyd is scared of manny. I ll end with this for all the Mayweather haters i bet you if the y do fight you ll think twice about betting on the pac man. My money is on Money...
I'm disappointed in the fact the Mayweather did not agree to the fight after Pacquiao agreed to everything he asked. I would have to say Mayweather is my favorite boxer out of everyone out there today and his not agreeing to this bout is inexcusable. I don't know if he's scared of Paman himself but more taht he is scared that he could possibly lose his perfect record. Without this fight happening Mayweather must concede "the best pound for pound" title
Mark i ve read from various sources that the PACman camp lied and has not agreed to the terms, thats why Mayweather hasnt signed or there is a fight going on. Basically this postering about who is lying and who is scared is great for both these guys b/c its only creating more juice and i use that term loosely for an already juicy fight.
