This blog has been created since I spend all of my life arguing sports with Willis Austin. Being the two knowledgeable sports fans that we are this is our first attempt to include people on the daily banter that often consumes one's life. This blog will often have a daily topic in which you the public will have the opportunity to chime in and give your respective opinions.

All Star Rosters
Now that the rosters are pretty much official; who do you feel the biggest AL and NL snubs are and who should they replace?
Well we probably have to wait until all the replacements are named and the last fan vote is concluded but the obvious names is Joey Votto Kevin Youkalis. Hopefully the vote will correct those mistakes.
Another snub is Matt Latos, pitcher from the Padres. He's more of an all-star than Tim Lincecum this year. Another snub that will probably go unnamed is Michael Young from the Texas Rangers but you can't argue against Beltre, Longoria and A-Rod.
Bobby Valentine said there is no such thing as a snub when it comes to making the all the star team. As a player you have three opportunities to make the roster; fan voting, player voting and managers choice. Votto did none of the above. So how is he snubbed. But he does deserve to be there and im glad he is there. And to agree with Will A, how about Matt Latos get some love. I thought this game was for the fans though. Isnt that what you guys said. So how is he snubbed when the fans didnt think enough to see him play in the game. But u can argue it both ways.
