This blog has been created since I spend all of my life arguing sports with Willis Austin. Being the two knowledgeable sports fans that we are this is our first attempt to include people on the daily banter that often consumes one's life. This blog will often have a daily topic in which you the public will have the opportunity to chime in and give your respective opinions.

QB controversy in Philly
If you were Andy Reid who is your starter and why?
I never wish an injury on athlete. But for the Philadelphia Eagles this maybe a blessing in disguise. Vick is better QB than Kevin Kolb lets not kid ourselves people. Vick could be the reason the Eagles may not end up regretting trading Mac5. Kolb i dont think should get the opportunity to start barring an injury to Vick . Just look at vick's numbers running and throwing in about 1 half of action. He put the Birds in a position to win that game, and it wasnt for that horrible call on 4th and 1 who knows what could happened. But i believe Vick should start even when Kolb is healthy.
This has to be the worst-case scenario for the Eagles and Andy Reid. How could the post-McNabb era start worst than Kevin Kolb producing 0 yards of total offense and getting knocked out of the game after two quarters. To top it off Michael Vick came in and lit the field up!! Where do they go from here?
Well we know Vick will be starting in week 2 against Detroit so lets take it from there...
Even if Vick plays well again in week 2 when Kolb comes back you have to start him. You have to accept that the Eagles already threw this year away when they traded away Donavon. They're more concerned with next year and the year after. As soon as Kolb is ready to play he should be the starter, not saying he's the better qb but just to see if he's the qb of the future. They traded away McNabb and gave this guy 10+ million dollars. NOT FOR 2 QUARTERS!!
