  3. After watching this series unfold; I can honestly say I have no clue what was going on in Lebron's head. Yea his stats seem amazing but they do not reflect his play or emotion throughout this series.
As far as next year goes I have no idea where lebron will end up or even he ll even leave! Chicago has become the frontrunner according to most NBA reporters which makes me very happy being a Chicago Bulls fan. But i really believed most of the sports world underestimated the Boston Celtics. The Celtics have 3 first ballot hall of famers to the Cavs 1. Thus, the Celtics being the better team! I am not the least bit shocked about the outcome of this series.

  5. What do I think of Lebron's performance last night?? Lebron is a great talent and future hall of famer but lets call it what it was. He's a great regular season player with his scoring titles and his back-to-back MVP awards, but playoff basketball is a different animal. When you're in a must win game and the Celtics shut down the paint like Fort Knox, you find a way to beat that and that's greatness . When Lebron wasn't able to drive to the basket like a Tank and when he teammates really needed their leader to step up, he was content with coming off the pick and swinging the ball. He had no sense of urgency at all, and with the performances in Game 6 and Game 7 that should end all the Lebron is better that Kobe talk. Playoffs is when the great players make there names.

  6. Will I have to agree with you completely except that it was games 5 and 6.

  7. @Mil I agree that most people underestimated the Celtics but they were not better simply because the have a 3-2 future hall of famer advantage (remember Shaq). You can't really blame Lebron for this series loss becuase Jamison was exposed and his team in short was really not that good.
@Chillz You can't se serious saying that this guy didn't step up. He had a triple double and did all that he could. Furthermore I remember Kobe crying a few years back before this modern day super team. When he didn't have a supporting cast he was threatening to leave and Lebron doesn't say a word. As far as your claim he lacked a sense of urgency I remember game 6 of the '08 finals when Kobe seemed to lack this sense.

  8. Mark does make a valid point and dont get me wrong im a Kobe fan. But to be objective I remember also when the Lakers were in a game 7 about 3 years ago against the Suns. The Lakers had a 3-1 series lead and everyone began to complain how Kobe shot to much and he shut it down for the remainder of that series. He passed the ball to the scrubs that were his supporting cast and he completely laid down in game 7 and did nothing and let the suns advance to prove a point to ownership and eventually he got his way and now he is on his way to his fifth title.
@ Mark Shaq is terrible he hurt the Cavaliers a lot more than he hurt them this year. Mark I believe what will is saying that Lebron's numbers do not reflect how poorly or disinterested he looked. PS I like the Celtics over the Magic in 6 games.

  9. @M.W... You see that's the problem when people wake up in the morning and read the box score and think that tells the (whole)story of the game and it doesn't even cover half of the game. Lebron's stats for game 6 were borderline historic, 27 pts, 19 reb, and 10 assists.. but was his performance close to that?? Not even close, even with that line at times Moe Williams was the best player on the court for Clevland and the only person playing like it was an elimination game. All he could?? Constantly passing off pick and roll's, 9 turnovers... I'm sorry but if that's all he could do, then don't mention Lebron and Kobe in the same sentence.
