  2. 1. Tom Brady. The unanimous league MVP last year. Subtract Randy Moss and the offense got better. He's the Tony Soprano of the group.

    2. Peyton Manning. 4-time league MVP. Mr. Automatic. Calls his own plays!! He's John Sacrimony to Brady's Tony Soprano.

    3. Drew Brees. Transformed New Orleans. They're relevant every year b/c of him. He doesn't have any true dominant weapons but he makes due.

    4. Aaron Rodgers. The reigning heavy weight champion of the world. Destroyed the whole league last year. I put the 3 guys ahead of him just b/c they all play on that top level but they've sustained it over a longer period of time. These guys are the top tier of QBs.

    5. Phillip Rivers. This kid can play!! He led the league in yards and had 30 touchdowns with V-Jax, Gates and Floyd missing significant time. They missed the playoffs for the first time during his tenure but you can't put it on him.

    6. Ben Roethlisberger. He only played in his 3rd Super Bowl before the age of 30. That's it. Suspended the first 4 games last year and finished with 3200 yards and 5 int's. He'll go over 4000 yards this year and they'll be a contender again.

7.Tony Romo. People say he's overrated or a scrub but I don't see it. He's one of the best. The Cowboys will go as he goes, when he's on his game the Boys' win 10 games and contend when he's not there they had the 9th pick in the draft.

    8. Michael Vick. The most exciting player in football. He had an amazing year but can he repeat it? Every player on the list had an amazing year but sustaining it is separates the best from the best. Vick has a great cast around him so it's on him to take that next step.

    9. Matt Ryan. Matty Ice threw a touchdown on his first play as hasn't looked back since. Led them to the playoffs in 2 of his 3 seasons, and last year took that step to put him on this list. They finally added a #2 WR so maybe he'll have a better year.

    10. Joe Flacco. This was a tough choice. Flacco, McNabb, Sanchez, Freeman, Cutler and Eli all were in consideration but I chose Flacco b/c he's been better than those guys in the last 3 years combined. He's on a good team but he's played up to there level, hasn't hindered them one-bit. The other Qb's have been better one year or 2 but over his 3 seasons he's been consistently better.

  3. 1. Peyton Manning. Only knock on Peyton is he hasn't had the Defense that Brady has or he would have more rings.

    2. Tom Brady. Very good QB, he owes alot of his rings to his rings to his D. Still a hell of a QB

    3. Aaron Rodgers. Unstoppable. Tough to gameplan for. Can make any throw. Torched the vaunted Steelers D.

    4. Drew Brees. Makes all the throws to any receiver who is open.

    5. Philip Rivers. Backs up all the ish he talks. Jamil could be his WR and he will send Mil to the Pro Bowl.

    6. Ben Roethlusberger. Clutch. Extends plays and makes the right play at the right time. Consistent.

    7. Mike Vick. Cannon. Accuracy getting better. Learning to read D better.

    8. Tony Romo. Nice arm. Great Numbers constantly.

    9. Matt Ryan. Won't blow you away with huge numbers but can make all the throws. Stepped right in to ATL and handled it well. Consistent and will continue to improve.

    10. Joe Flacco. If it wasn't for the Steelers. They would have def represented the AFC in the Bowl. Goes up against great D constantly and always has his team in position to win!

Honorable Mention: Eli Manning, Josh Freeman, Jay Cutler, Kyle Orton , and Sam Bradford

  4. My top 10 quarterbacks.

    1. Peyton Manning- I agree with Dom, with better defenses Peyton may have one or two more super bowls. Although, hes a Jim Caldwell screw up and one bad pass against the Saints to having two. Hes pretty much his own offensive coordinator. Generational type talent.

    2. Tom Brady - There is no doubting this guys talent. But the thing that separates him Manning is Beliecheck and that hes kind of a system quarterback. Matt Cassell went 11-5 in the same system and I believe that kind of hurts Tom when arguing him against Manning. But he also quartebacked an 18-0 team. But Manning went 14-0 before GM had starters pulled. Manning wins!

    3. Aaron Rodgers- He's three because this guy can just flat play. Yea I know most say Brees but i ll take Rodgers and heres why; Rodgers won all three playoff games on the road while Brees had home field throughout and Rodgers won despite all the injuries.

    4. Drew Brees- See Aaron Rodgers, carried a whole city on his back which says a lot about his character and the type of leader he is which helps him play the position so well.

    5. Phillip Rivers- straight gamer. Went to New England and played on torn ACL and had San Diego one game away from the Super Bowl. He's been helped and hurt by Norv Turner coaching. But the guy can just flat play.

    6. Big Ben- Again another straight gamer and has a propensity to come up with big plays in the biggest games. Has already won two super bowls and has played in three very early in his career. But like Brady has been blessed with good defenses and he played extremely bad in one of the three super bowls. But harder put this guy lower than sixth.

    7. Mike Vick- He's seven but only by a small margin, Mike Vick is the most intriguing / exciting athlete in football. He has 4.3 speed with a cannon for an arm. I think he only gets better from here on out. But he has a ton of pressure on him to be great. I think he will.

    8. Tony Romo- Romo is a brilliant quarterback and puts up a great numbers. Here is why Romo is 8th in my eyes and not 7th is bc Vick has more playoff wins and one of those wins came on the road at Lambeau not easy to do. I believe Romo has been unfairly blamed for some of the Cowboys lack of success in the playoffs but he is in part to blame. He his legacy right now is basically one botched snap against Seattle then we may be talking about Romo differently. Make or break year for Romo. Has to have big year.

    9. Matt Ryan- incredibly consistent and on his way to pushing himself into the upper tier of the quarterbacks. But he has good talent around him and his time to step up and win the playoffs is in the near future.

    10. Eli Manning- A lot of you want to put Flaaco here, but give me Eli. Yea he struggles at time with accuracy and trying to make plays when nothing is here and that results in a lot of his INT's. But hes a won a Super Bowl won in Lambeau against Favre to go the Super Bowl. Eli is a better quarterback in crisis than he is in structured setting. Great 4th quarterback.

  5. 1. Tom Brady - Look at all he has accomplished. 36 Td's 4 Int's in 2010. What QB is playing better than that?

    2. Peyton Manning - One of the greatest regular season QB's ever.

    3. Aaron Rodgers - He erased Favre legacy in just 3 years with a masterful performance and playoff run in 2010.

    4. Drew Brees - One of the greatest Super Bowl performances of all time. Also one of only two QB's in the NFL to play in a spread offense in college and have success in the league.

    5. Phillip Rivers - Despite his awkward throwing motion he is as productive as any QB in the league. The other guy who predominately played in the spread in college and had success in the NFL.

    6. Mike Vick - Redemption Song.

    7. Joe Flacco - This young guy is the truth big, strong, competitive. Most of all he gets it.

    8. Eli Manning - Say what you want about him; he was the Super Bowl MVP, and until Plax shoots himself maybe the most unstoppable play act. duo in the league.

    9. Mark Sanchez - He wins playoff games on the road and he isn't 25 yet.

    10. Matt Ryan - Breathed life into a franchise that was left for dead after Vick went to prison.
